My latest biological age report, this time analyzing my metabolome. 11 epigenetic tests, 6 physiological bio markers, 1 telomere test & now 1 metabolomic test and they all point to roughly 1/3 slower aging. All for less than $200 /m and a normal fit lifestyle. #longevity

You can't access carbs stored in muscle for anything but the muscle it is stored in. Only liver glycogen accessible (400 - 500kcal), then gluconeogenesis made w cortisol. Many can begin to enter ketosis after 24hr, but when u consume carbs (>20 - 50g) body stops producing ketones

People should be aware of what's happening behind the scenes. You went from outranking Bryan and being #2 to now being ranked #93! Bryan went from #7 to #3. Put simply, that's not fair to you for all you accomplished nor all the other people in the top ranks who were displaced

I’m sorry @craigbrockie, and with all due respect, your post is very poorly informed for a long list of reasons. Bryan’s approach is only partially scientifically sound at best, his results are far less impressive than he markets them to be, and most of his health claims are
