(TWENTY FOUR SEVEN WITH US! 안녕하세요, 투어스입니다!)
TWS (Korean: 투어스; Japanese: トゥアス), pronounced as "two-us", is a six-member South Korean boy group formed by PLEDIS Entertainment. They debuted on January 22, 2024, with the mini-album, Sparkling Blue.
Background[]
TWS is a six-member boy group debuting on the HYBE-owned PLEDIS Entertainment label for the first time since SEVENTEEN almost nine years ago. Their group's name is derived from the phrase "TWENTY FOUR SEVEN WITH US," which means always with TWS, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or at all times. They embody the concept of "Boyhood Pop," a musical genre that evokes beautiful emotions in everyday life. They hope to tell the story of their boyhood naturally through melodies and lyrics. Through their music, they aim to be a dear friend, transcending time and distance, making every moment of their audience's regular life exceptional.
Fandom[]
On April 2, 2024, PLEDIS Entertainment officially revealed the group's fan club name to be "42 (SAI)." The name carries a dual meaning: it refers to fans who remain by TWS's side 24/7 and plays on the Korean word for "relationship" (사이, sai), symbolizing the unique bond between TWS and their supporters. Following this announcement, the TWS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB 42 MEMBERSHIP was formally launched at 2:00 PM (KST) on the same day, allowing fans to gain official membership status via Weverse.[1]
