Human Resources Unit

The Human Resources Unit is responsible for human resources matters for the personnel in the Foreign Service throughout their employment relationship. The Unit is responsible for recruiting for the Foreign Service and for internal relocation of personnel between the Ministry’s units and Finland’s missions abroad. The Unit provides support to the missions as employers and is responsible for the system of allowances in the Diplomatic Service.
