I teach; I write; I am a fan. I used to be a midwife, and I probably always will be one in my heart. I practice Buddhism, sometimes more actively than others, but that lives in my heart as well, and I teach nursing.
I post a fair amount, but a lot of what I post is locked, as it talks more about my personal/professional life than I'm willing to let the public see. Purely fannish stuff, including my fanfiction, is posted unlocked. Feel free to add me, but know that I may or may not add you back, especially not right away, as I like to have a good sense of people before I add them to my circle.
I grant blanket permission to podfic any of my fic, which is housed at AO3. If you want to do something more transformative, like remix it, I'd prefer to be asked, especially in universes where I'm still actively writing.
