Fangirl, musician, programmer, pagan, married, biromantic asexual, writer of fanfiction, reader of romance, knitter, theatre addict, owned by a cat and incurably curious. My pronouns are she/they. I have long term labyrinthitis, which is invisible to most people unless I fall over on them. I also have endometriosis and adenomyosis.


I read mostly romance and fantasy, but I'll give most things a go. I tend not to read many books written by cis men. Current favourite authors include Seanan McGuire, KJ Charles, Cat Sebastian, Jordan L Hawk, Jessie Mihalik, Kit Rocha, Ellen Kushner, and I'll always, always adore Terry Pratchett.


I love a musical, and tend to follow actors around from show to show which means I've seen some very peculiar things. I got introduced to Shakespeare when I was too young to believe his plays were boring, and there are still some I haven't seen and some I've seen many times. Not a big fan of Chekhov.


I'm a recent convert to TTRPGs, both watching streamed games and playing myself. I love D&D 5e, haven't dipped into One D&D stuff yet, trying to learn how to DM using Roll20, but I also love exploring the other systems out there.


Personal and work related stuff is access-locked, anything fannish is unlocked. I don't tend to add people to my access filter unless we've interacted at least a little. Current fannish enthusiasms include Critical Role, Will and also related RPF. I've got a to-watch list almost as long as my to-read list.


This journal will occasionally contain adult content. It will mostly be swearing.


I am over the age of 21 by a very safe margin.
