"Trust me." Why do the same words hit so differently coming from different leaders? When trust is low, we protect ourselves. When trust is high, we contribute. This isn't just a principle of employee engagement, it's a biological truth. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how the brain and nervous system are key to creating psychological safety within teams and organizations. Our teams want to be innovative; they want to be effective; they want to feel competent and vital to success. But they need to feel safe enough to work towards these things. In addition to learning why neural skills are critical to the work of engagement, we'll practice three key skills that help create an interpersonal environment where trust and psychological safety can thrive.
