  • Clarity on why a culture of feedback drives stronger team performance

  • The ability to spot and move past common feedback myths that hold people back

  • Practical tools to deliver feedback in a way that is clear, kind and well received

Conference

‘Seen. Valued. Heard. Exploring the Mindset and Perspectives in the Workplace, with Strategies for Better Engagement.’

This conference centres our humanity. Currently, only 1 in 5 employees globally are engaged with their work. How can a stressed employee be a productive one? What do we need to do, to better understand the needs of employees and employers? We must look at the person behind the professional.

Join your peers, researchers, wellbeing and mental health professionals for a day of data driven insights and innovative strategies. This event will be held at The Mint (Sydney), a small and intimate venue with beautiful surroundings. You’ll be part of the audience of 90 people, all who work on this issue from different perspectives across industries. Together with the speakers and audience members, we’ll have the real conversations on workplace wellbeing.

Early bird tickets

Early bird tickets available now. Amazing ticket price of $200 for you and your colleagues if you are a Sharespace member!

The conference line up:
  • Understanding and Engaging with Diverse Generations in the Workplace with Sophie Renton, Managing Director McCrindle.
  • We Can’t Fix What We Can’t Talk About -The cost of the conversations we avoid, and how to lead them better; with Emma Gibbens, Global Speaker, facilitator and author
  • The Missing Piece in Workplace Wellbeing
Why financial wellbeing is the biggest driver of stress — and how to solve it in your organisation; with Melissa Pearce, The Money Collective
  • Designing Workplaces that Recognise the Needs of Women and Global Trends on menopause in the workplace with Thea O’Connor, Director of Menopause at work Asia Pacific.

Sponsors

Exciting to announce GraceX is our first sponsor for the annual conference this year (see our partnerships section).

GraceX is a psychosocial risk management platform built for Australian small and medium sized businesses with 40 to 200 employees. GRACEX operates entirely inside Microsoft 365, combining weekly wellbeing content, anonymous employee surveys reviewed by a human organisational psychologist, and leadership reporting into a single system that helps organisations identify, monitor, and respond to psychosocial risk before it becomes a workers compensation claim, a regulatory finding, or a preventable resignation.

Sharespace is always looking for and welcoming new partnerships. If your organisation is interested in sponsoring this year’s annual conference, please contact us at vanessa.murphy@wayahead.org.au

Annual Psychosocial Risk Management 2026

In 2026, psychosocial risk is no longer a “people issue.” It’s a board-level liability.

With new WHS regulations now enforced across Australia, organisations are being held accountable not only
for how they respond to harm — but for how they design work to prevent it. Are your systems built for it?

Join us at the 9th Annual Psychosocial Risk Management 2026 — the premier forum uniting Australia’s HR, HSE, regulators and risk leaders to turn psychosocial compliance into strategic advantage.
