We design all of our websites from scratch, and make sure to give each customer their own unique design. We do not use commercial templates!
It is important that you provide us with as much information as possible so that we can make your web site exactly the way YOU want it. You and your input are an integral part of the design process and we can’t build your site without it!
Your Rhemasite web suite comes with 2 sets of revisions. When your project manager presents a design to you for review it is your responsibility to provide a consolidated list of changes and requests to him or her. Each feedback counts as one revision.
Each Rhemasite plan comes with a generous number of pages. Even if you don’t exhaust your pages allocation after your design has been completed, you may add additional text pages at no extra charge to your package plan at any time. You may also add additional pages beyond your plan at any time during and or after the design process is complete. Our design team is here to build you a website to fit your exact needs and specifications. Please contact your Rhemasites Engagement Manager to determine your specific needs and provide you with a quote.
If you locate a site that you like the look and feel of or one that has a certain feature you would like on your site feel free to mention it to your project manager. The design team will take this into consideration while constructing your website and will attempt to duplicate it while customizing it to make it your own. Our team is very flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to make you a satisfied customer.
On the average your site can be launched within 10 business days and some sites can take about 4 to 6 weeks to launch depending on it’s complexity. This schedule is attainable provided you have all the text, logo, images and other content available when you sign up and respond to our revisions in a timely manner.
We don’t currently provide email services If you need email, Google Apps for Non-profit can provide your organization with free email addresses with your own domain name.
You can also sign-up with any other email host if you don’t want to use Google Apps. Rhemasites can help you through the process of setting up your email with any email provider you choose. Check out our help section on Setting Up Your Google Apps Account.
What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept?
For our team to get started on your custom built website, you must make 50% deposit on the payment up front. We accept payment through any of the major credit cards. The remaining 50% is due before launching the site and after you have selected your monthly plan.
Refunds
If work has already begun on your project, the maximum refund will be 50% of your deposit. If your project is more than 50% completed as defined by the project manager then there will be no refund. At Rhemasites, our emphasis is customer satisfaction no matter what. We will work with you till you are completely satisfied with the final product.
