Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting December 29th 2025 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

I'm a music creator based in Tokyo and co-organize the Music Makers Tokyo meetups. After moving to Japan, I realized music was the one thing I hadn't tried yet—so I'm diving in now. Learning by doing: messing with synths, tweaking patches until something clicks, figuring out why a mix sounds off. I'm also a hopeless GAS sufferer—I collect instruments and related junk pretty vigorously, including taishokotos. I co-host a meetup where people share ideas, collaborate, and make noise together. My own stuff leans toward electronic textures and hardware-based workflows.
