A simple hub-and-spoke that protects your time

We coordinate so you can create.

  • Most community organizations run out of capacity before they run out of ideas. The Well Network exists to fix that — not by providing services, but by building shared infrastructure that lets youth organizations, creatives, and hosts do more with what they already have.
  • We absorb the admin so Artist Leads can focus on the work
  • We document everything as SOPs so knowledge doesn't leave with people
  • We connect urban programming to rural opportunity across Alberta
  • We apply for grants collaboratively so more organizations can access funding they couldn't reach alone
  • Our model is built on 10 years of high-impact, low-resource community work. We know how to make $500 do what most programs need $5,000 for.
