We run a short call to confirm mutual fit — our ecosystem is a curated space. We look for a co-creation mindset, transparency, and solid delivery experience or a proven track record.
It’s very simple — you can be fully onboarded in about 15 minutes. After a short intro call, you complete a quick form, accept Wave’s terms of use, and get immediate access to the platform, and Ecosystem communication spaces.

Each Partner is mapped by region of operation, technical domain, service capabilities, and delivery capacity. This helps the Ecosystem clearly identify synergies and complementary strengths across the ecosystem.
Yes. Bringing trusted companies you already collaborate with is encouraged. As a benefit, you’ll receive a referral discount on your fixed fee for each new active Partner you invite.
When a Partner has a new opportunity, they create the deal in their pipeline, fill in the required information, and it automatically becomes visible to the Partners they choose to share it with.
Yes. WillDom has developed an AI-powered matchmaking system within the platform to automatically connect opportunities, talents, and experts across the ecosystem — helping Partners find the right collaborators faster for each solution.
Just go to the Hub — all opportunities shared with the ecosystem appear there. You can easily browse, analyze, and jump into any deal that fits your capabilities.
Success comes from sharing both opportunities and capabilities. Partners who actively do both are the ones who grow the most. Our data shows that the Partners who share the highest number of opportunities have achieved up to 15x revenue growth compared to their initial stage in the Ecosystem.
Each Partner has a scoring system within the platform that measures engagement, collaboration, and performance — including participation in calls, activity in Wave, and closed deals. This simple score helps identify active and high-performing operators.
Every Partner has an internal performance dashboard inside Wave. It allows you to monitor your company’s activity, opportunities worked on, results achieved, quality of proposed solutions, and contracts closed — all in one place, updated in real time.
There are two types of monetization in the ecosystem: fixed and variable.
The shared value is always the margin (sales price minus delivery cost).
All deals must have a minimum margin of 35%. Margins can go higher depending on the type of work and expertise required.
The more you participate, the faster you cover it. Sharing opportunities, offering talent, and staying active in the ecosystem usually allows Partners to recover their fixed fee within the first active months.
Yes. For each new Partner you refer who successfully joins and begins their paid participation, you will receive a 25% discount on your fixed fee for six months.

All events — including Ecosystem Calls, Tech Talks, and Synergy Sessions — are listed in the shared Google Calendar and communicated weekly through Slack.
Additionally, Partners have access to a shared drive containing details of upcoming events, participation lists, and resources — making it easier to prepare, leverage networking opportunities, and get more value from each session.
You can request to pause or end your participation at any time by contacting the Expansion Team. The process is simple, and you’ll be able to rejoin later if you decide to.
There is no penalty for cancellation, but to avoid being billed for the following month, we recommend sending a written notice at least 10 days before the end of the month.
If your company has active contracts subject to the variable fee, this fee will continue to apply until each contract is fully completed.
