Official Contest Rules

Promotion Overview:

Happy HAULidays is one (1) promotional contest featuring three (3) separate contest
windows, each with its own entry period, prize pool, and winners.

Promotion Periods:

1. Fuel for Memorial Day
Entry Period: May 11, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. EST – May 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST
Prize: Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) $100 fuel gift card
2. Groceries for Independence Day
Entry Period: June 15, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. EST – June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST
Prize: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) $200 grocery gift card
3. Fall Shopping Spree for Labor Day
Entry Period: August 24, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. EST – September 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

Prize:

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $400 shopping gift card (e.g., Target,
Amazon, Walmart, or similar)

Eligibility:

Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older residing within the broadcast areas of
participating Seven Mountains Media stations or via official station apps (see Page 4).
Employees of Seven Mountains Media, participating sponsors, advertising partners, and
their immediate family or household members are not eligible. A household is defined
as individuals residing at the same physical address.

How to Enter:

Listeners may enter by clicking the PARTICIPATE link within the Happy HAULidays
contest page on any official Seven Mountains Media app (see Page 4).

● No purchase necessary.
● Limit one (1) entry per person per 24 hours per contest window.
● Entries do not carry over between contest periods.

Winner Selection & Odds:

Winners for each contest window will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible
entries received during that specific entry period.

● Memorial Day Window: 20 winners
● Independence Day Window: 10 winners
● Labor Day Window: 5 winners

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each
respective contest period.

Potential winners will be contacted within 24 hours of drawing. If a selected entrant
cannot be reached or fails to respond within five (5) business days, the prize may be
forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed
submitted by the authorized account holder of the device or account used to enter.

Prize Conditions:

Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing retailer.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. No
substitution by winners is permitted. Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Gift cards will be mailed after receipt of a completed required prize release form and
any necessary documentation.

Taxes:

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If total prize winnings from
Seven Mountains Media in a calendar year reach $2,000 or more, the winner must
complete a W-9, sign a prize release, and present valid photo identification.

Publicity Release:

By participating, contestants agree that Seven Mountains Media may use their name,
likeness, voice, or biographical information for promotional purposes without additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitations:

An individual may win only once every 30 days per Seven Mountains Media station.
Only one (1) winner per household is allowed during this period. Winners may be
eligible to win in multiple contest windows, subject to these limitations.

Technical Disclaimer:

Seven Mountains Media is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid,
unintelligible, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including but
not limited to network, hardware, or software malfunctions.

Disqualification:

Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process, violates contest rules, or engages in disruptive or unfair conduct.

Changes to Promotion:

Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion
if it cannot run as planned due to tampering, fraud, technical issues, or other causes
beyond its control.
