Select all function missing

    The Select All function on the Subscriber page in the latest version of MailPoet has been removed. You can now only select up to 100 records at a time. If you need to quickly add a tag to 998 subscribers, this is now more difficult to do without the “Select All” function.

    Can you please add this functionality back?
