  • Must own existing or created new intellectual property (no fanfiction)
  • Must be primarily English with some bilingualism allowed (no fan translations)
  • Must already have completed artwork and lettering for at least one issue or greater (no script-only submissions)
  • No Artificial Intelligence allowed
