Successfully and nicely installed parks, cafes, restaurants, city buildings illumination gave additional charm and created a mood. Even a hard working day in the evening became pleasant and joyful.

..hi wandered home through the evening empty city, turning his head around and rejoicing at the pleasant impressions. Everything looked cozy and homey. The city opened before him in a new, wonderful decoration and only sometimes, in insignificant details, recalling the distant provincial past. This past arose in HIS memory in every corner of this city, infinitely dear to him, reminiscent of a distant and gone forever childhood…”
