How to request a refund
- Contact us via our support page with your order email or license key.
- We review and approve most requests within 1–2 business days.
- Your refund is returned to the original payment method. Your license key will be deactivated.
What’s covered
- Any new WP ULike Pro purchase, on any plan
- It’s not the right fit for your site
- Technical issues our support team cannot resolve
- The product works materially differently from what’s described on our site
For technical problems, please reach out to support first — most issues are quick to fix. If we can’t resolve it, your refund is still covered.
What’s not covered
- Subscription renewals — renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date if you don’t want to continue.
- After 14 days from your original purchase date
- Repeated purchase-and-refund abuse, or chargebacks without contacting us first
