Welcome home

Autastic® grew out of a need for connection when I learned I was autistic but found no one who shared my experience and looked like me. After a lifetime of being The Only in every space, I created resources and community centering and celebrating BIPOC who learned they’re autistic in adulthoods.

Everything here was created by and is maintained by me. Our communities’ cultures are maintained by our extraordiary volunteer moderators. This is a labour of love #ByUsForUs.

Community is the secret sauce to adult-identified autistic and AuDHD life. Autastic members around the globe gather to grow friendships, share passions, and rebuild our lives. Won’t you join us?

Autastic® affirms all genders, orientations, identities, bodies, and abilities.
Be kind. Respect each other. Lead from the heart 💛🧡💚
