Then, our food is formulated, manufactured, and packaged all in-house at our FDA-certified facility. A team of safety experts and canine nutritionists guides the process along the way. What is your shipping schedule?
We ship Monday-Wednesday to prevent boxes from being held at carrier facilities over the weekend. This way, we make sure the food you order stays safe and is delivered frozen. All orders will be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. Learn more about our shipping policy.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly subscription?
No! We do not require monthly plans or subscriptions, but customers who subscribe will receive 5% off their order every time!
