I engaged Floorrich to replace the old laminate flooring in my recently acquired hdb resale unit. Sent in an enquiry on a Sunday and they followed up promptly on WhatsApp. I was attended to by Sheena who also made time to let me visit their showroom on the same day after their usual opening hours at the last minute. She explained clearly their different floorings and also suggestions based on my requirements. At the showroom you can see and feel all their different floorings in person which helped in the decision making. I went with their FirmaSPC flooring in Sand Beige colourway based on her suggestion which I also vibed better with than my initial choices. Arranged for site survey and installation right after my other renovation works were done a couple days after. Quotation was reasonable and adjusted after the site survey. Dismantling of old flooring and installation was done quickly within a day. The installers will confirm with you on your preferences before starting the work. They will also confirm with you if the installation is done to your satisfaction and some clean up after. Overall I am very happy with the quality of the work and materials of the flooring so far. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.
