1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GapQuery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GapQuery provides app ecosystem intelligence through data analysis, MCP tools, a REST API, and a web application. We scrape publicly available app marketplace data, analyze it, and provide insights to help developers identify opportunities.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use GapQuery. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your API key. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Purchases and Payments

GapQuery offers one-time purchase plans. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice. Once a purchase is completed, you receive lifetime access to the features included in your plan.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with GapQuery, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to GapQuery data
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-export GapQuery's database
  • Use the service to harm, harass, or infringe on the rights of others
  • Share your API key with unauthorized third parties
  • Exceed rate limits or intentionally overload the service

7. Data and Accuracy

GapQuery provides marketplace data and analysis for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Business decisions should not be based solely on GapQuery data without independent verification.

8. Intellectual Property

GapQuery and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by northify and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The marketplace data we analyze is sourced from publicly available app stores.

9. Limitation of Liability

GapQuery is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GapQuery at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
