We are a visionary team of leaders who use our unique, God-given gifts in complementary ways to intentionally disciple new, culturally relevant leaders in Central and South America to go out and reproduce their faith in others

Our “farm” system…

…provides resources for organic spiritual growth using the biblical principles of farming. The result is the natural development of leaders and the spontaneous multiplication of disciples, groups, ministries and churches.

…is not simply a church program or curriculum, but a guide to train and develop God-anointed leaders.

We want to:

Identify emerging leaders

Disciple them in the development of godly character

Train them in the centrality of God’s Word

Empower them through coaching and mentoring

Teach them how to maximize lessons learned from life and ministerial experiences

Send them out to reproduce their faith in others

HOW WE DO MINISTRY

Currently, INCRESE is training groups and churches through the virtual platform of ZOOM. Starting in July of 2021, we will resume face-to-face training in areas such as Guanacaste and Cariari.

We have three groups for our ZOOM sessions: Monday at 7 PM. Wednesday 7 PM. Saturday 7 PM.

INCRESE publishes material on theological and practical topics, beginning with teaching from Genesis. Our founder, Eduardo is the creator of the teaching material with the help from the staff for revisions and the publication of the materials for use by Triadas (accountability groups of three people).

Recently, INCRESE has embarked on the production of Podcast recordings and short videos for virtual, on-demand training sessions.

INCRESE also continues to help pastors through teachings, preaching in their churches, and personal and family support.”
