Michael Snelling, Tyler Leverett and Charles Shamblin are all back in custody after being re-charged with murder this week for the 2016 killing of Matthew Fagan on a hiking trail near Lake Tenkiller. The three suspects were all charged a decade ago, but charges were dismissed because investigators hadn’t found Fagan’s body. That changed in 2024 when a hunter stumbled across some bones.
