Randal Anglin | Founder & Executive Director, P.A.T.H.

Randal Anglin is the driving force behind P.A.T.H. Housing Solutions. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, investment, and asset securitization, he leads PATH’s mission to expand access to sustainable homeownership and strengthen community stability.

 

Drawing on a career spanning multifamily and single-family development, capital structuring, and fund management, Randal brings a deep understanding of how housing, finance, and long-term community outcomes intersect. His leadership focuses on aligning financial systems with measurable social impact and responsible program delivery.
 

In his role with PATH Housing Solutions, Randal provides executive oversight and governance for program initiatives, with a focus on financial integrity, strategic accountability, and the responsible deployment of public and philanthropic funding. He supports cross-sector partnerships and implementation frameworks that advance housing stability, economic mobility, and equitable community development.

Nelson Garcia | Co-founder and Managing Partner, RARE CRE

Nelson Garcia brings more than 14 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, and asset management, with a track record spanning multifamily and mixed-use projects. His work includes financing, developing, and managing over two million square feet of residential and commercial real estate.
 

Throughout his career, Nelson has worked across the full development lifecycle, including underwriting, capital structuring, construction oversight, and long-term asset performance. His experience bridges private capital, operational feasibility, and community-oriented development outcomes.
 

In his role with PATH Housing Solutions, Nelson supports program execution by advising on real estate feasibility, financing considerations, and implementation alignment with housing stability and renter-to-owner transition initiatives. He provides practical guidance to ensure program design remains grounded in real-world development constraints and opportunities.

Christopher Thompson | Educational Development Advisor, P.A.T.H.

Christopher Thompson brings experience in public policy, legislative analysis, and education governance to PATH Housing Solutions. His background includes work within government and policy-focused environments, along with academic training in public policy and education.


Throughout his career, Christopher has supported initiatives that intersect policy, education, and community development, with an emphasis on alignment between program design and public sector frameworks. His experience informs an understanding of how programs operate within governmental, regulatory, and institutional contexts.


In his role with PATH Housing Solutions, Christopher provides guidance on governance, policy alignment, and oversight considerations to support responsible program implementation. He helps ensure PATH’s initiatives remain consistent with municipal expectations, public accountability standards, and long-term program sustainability.

James Griffin | Executive Vice President, HomeFree USA

James Griffin serves as Executive Vice President of HomeFree-USA, a national nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to housing counseling, financial education, and sustainable homeownership opportunities. His work spans housing stabilization, counseling program development, and cross-sector collaboration within the housing ecosystem.


Through his leadership at HomeFree-USA, James has engaged with public agencies, nonprofit partners, and community-based organizations to support housing readiness and long-term resident stability. His experience reflects established best practices in housing counseling and program implementation.
 

In collaboration with PATH Housing Solutions, James provides institutional housing perspective and subject-matter insight that informs program design and alignment with proven housing counseling and stabilization models. His involvement supports responsible program development and strengthens PATH’s connection to the broader housing ecosystem.

Derek Andrews | Technology Advisor, P.A.T.H.

Derek Andrews brings experience in operational strategy, learning technology, and systems design to PATH Housing Solutions. His background includes supporting organizations in implementing and managing learning management systems (LMS) and related technology infrastructure to support program delivery and coordination.
 

Throughout his work, Derek has focused on aligning technology platforms with operational needs, helping teams manage content delivery, participant engagement, and system workflows in a consistent and scalable way. His experience supports the practical infrastructure required to run structured, multi-phase programs.
 

In his role with PATH Housing Solutions, Derek advises on LMS administration, operational systems, and technology frameworks that support curriculum delivery, participant tracking, and program logistics. His guidance helps ensure learning systems and data workflows are structured to support program execution and reporting in coordination with public-sector partners.

Courtney Schneider | Instructor Training & Facilitation

Courtney Schneider is a salon professional with over 25 years of experience spanning salon ownership, mentorship, education, and facilitation. Her work has consistently focused on developing people, leaders, and educators within fast-paced, people-driven environments. She previously served as a Regional Educator for Redken, one of the largest professional hair brands in the industry, where she managed a broad Southern California territory and supported market growth through strategic, education-led initiatives.

Beyond the beauty industry, Courtney works as a consultant with organizations that rely on strong educators and instructional teams. Drawing on a facilitation foundation that began in the salon world, she supports small businesses and mission-driven organizations in strengthening education programs and instructor support systems.

 

Most recently, Courtney has partnered with PATH Housing Solutions as a Facilitation Coordinator. In this role, she works closely with instructors to support preparation, consistency, and quality of delivery, helping ensure participants receive clear, engaging, and well-supported learning experiences. Her work helps translate curriculum into real-world instruction that aligns with program goals while honoring the needs of both facilitators and participants.

Carly Taylor (Cali Professionals) | Instructional Design

Carly Taylor is an independent consultant who partners with organizations to design training programs and curriculum that help teams work better and grow with intention. She specializes in building practical online courses, playbooks, and learning systems that are meant to be used—not just launched.

Her work spans a wide range of industries, including automotive services and detailing, construction, community colleges, skincare and health, pet care, and seismic engineering. Carly works across diverse fields by collaborating closely with subject matter experts to turn complex knowledge into clear, actionable learning.

PATH Housing Solutions engaged Carly to support the design and development of the H.H.S.P. curriculum and learning systems. In this role, she worked with program leadership and subject matter experts to help structure content, learning flows, and online components that support participant progression across program phases. Her contributions focused on helping PATH’s team create a curriculum that is practical, cohesive, and designed to support consistent delivery, learner engagement, and real-world application.

Sierra Santanelli (Dakine Agency) | Instructional Design

Sierra brings a multidisciplinary background in graphic design, copyediting, and copywriting to PATH Housing Solutions. Her work focuses on building clear, well-structured learning experiences that help participants understand complex information and move confidently through multi-step programs.

With experience spanning curriculum development, visual communication, and editorial refinement, Sierra is able to approach learning design holistically. She combines instructional strategy with strong writing and design foundations to ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and easy to navigate—particularly for adult learners engaging with unfamiliar housing, financial, and compliance-related concepts.

In collaboration with PATH Housing Solutions, Sierra supports program execution by developing and refining curriculum, participant guides, instructional content, and supporting materials. She works across disciplines to align learning objectives, content flow, visual design, and language, helping ensure the curriculum supports consistent delivery, reduces participant confusion, and enhances engagement throughout the participant journey.

Porschea Lewis (Prudent Pathway Consulting) | Health Equity

Porschea Lewis brings more than a decade of experience at the intersection of public health, strategy, and implementation, leading complex initiatives across the public and private sectors. Based in the Washington, DC–Maryland region, she takes a practical, evidence-informed approach to advancing equitable and sustainable solutions.

She holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and is a researcher at heart, with a strong commitment to using data, evaluation, and applied learning to inform real-world decision-making. Porschea is the founder of Prudent Pathway Consulting, where she partners with organizations on program design, strategy, implementation, and capacity-building. She currently serves as a Senior Executive Education Fellow with the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, collaborating with faculty and industry leaders to design and deliver high impact, experiential learning for senior executives and professionals. She is deeply passionate about mission-driven work that creates practical, lasting impact in the lives of everyday people.

In collaboration with PATH Housing Solutions, Porschea supports program implementation and evaluation by advising on health equity, social determinants of health, and outcome measurement considerations. She works with the PATH team to help ensure program design, delivery, and reporting reflect evidence-informed practices that support participant stability, well-being, and long-term success.
