This 41-year-old mother of two originally had a submuscular saline breast augmentation in 2005. Over time, she developed severe capsular contracture, causing medial and upward displacement of her left implant, along with soft tissue ptosis (pseudoptosis).
She underwent implant removal and replacement with a vertical mastopexy. Due to excessive medial dissection from her previous surgery, the left implant was converted to a subfascial plane. Additionally, she had a tummy tuck with muscle repair.
This 49-year-old mother of two previously underwent abdominal liposuction and breast augmentation in 2004. Despite being very fit and athletic, she was left with loose skin and diastasis.
Six months ago, she underwent a tummy tuck with muscle repair, along with liposuction of the abdomen and hips.
This 61-year-old mother of three underwent a tummy tuck in Connecticut in 2009 but was left with a less-than-ideal outcome. To improve her abdominal contour, she underwent a revision, including a reverse abdominoplasty, a modified abdominoplasty revision, and liposuction of the abdomen and hips. She is now six weeks post-op.
A well-executed reverse tummy tuck can also enhance breast aesthetics. She previously had a breast augmentation in 2009, followed by a revision mastopexy-augmentation in Charlotte in 2017 by another surgeon.
This 39-year-old mother and bodybuilder underwent subfascial breast augmentation with 375cc Mentor Moderate Plus gel implants, placed through an inframammary fold incision. She is now six weeks post-op.
