This is the meditation I teach all my intuitive development students. I encourage you to give it a try even if you have your own chakra meditation. It's good practice to try different ways then when you feel ready create your own version. But this is a great stepping stone to be able to access information and I use a version of it each time I do readings.

I have always seen things others couldn't, but it wasn't until 2018 I began to let myself fully embrace my abilities. I was cracked open and wanted to consume anything I could on the subject of mediumship. I started listening to this podcast called Enlightened Empaths and I started to realize there was even more too the connection than I had ever imagined. I took one of their mediumship classes and at the time I had known I was a medium but didn't claim psychic as well. Come to learn you can't really be a Medium without the psychic connection. Hahaha I learned so much that year. I was clairvoyant (sight) and clair cognitive (knowing) primarily and desperately wanted to have clairaudience (hearing). I worked hard to consume all I knew about that subject. But it all started with an acceptance of my original gifts and an audible desire to learn more about the others.
