    In preparation for tonight's peaceful protest in Logan Square, our ward office is offering Justice for Adam Toledo posters for interested area residents and small businesses to display in their windows. You can pick one up now through 5pm at 2934 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Unit C.

    Our 35th Ward Superintendent, Scott Jaburek, collected 7,320 pounds of "dibs" today. This puts a strain on our Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation resources. Pick up the items your household has left in the public way!

    Our office has just received notice that Wrightwood near Kimball has been closed to traffic by CPD. We assume this is to protect the mayor's home from car caravans protesting the #LoriLockout. Please avoid Wrightwood at this time.

    Chicago is Zhegagoynak. The 35th Ward Office is closed today in observance of Indigenous Peoples' Day. We will open and resume regular office hours on Tuesday, October 11 at 9 am. #IndigenousPeoplesDay

    Happy Indigenous Peoples' Day! Chicago's 35th Ward and Cook County's 8th District Office are closed today. Chicago is the ancestral homeland to the Anishinaabek; Niswi-mishkodewin (Council of the Three Fires): Ojibwe, Odawa, and the Potawatomi.
