Memorial Day is a day to remember the service members who gave their lives for this country. Their dedication, duty, and sacrifice deserve our remembrance. Let us pause for a moment of reflection today in their honor.

Criminal activity doesn't stop, and neither does our Regional Sideshow Enforcement Team. Follow Deputy Logan Finley and the task force as they conduct vehicle pursuits, recover firearms, and take into custody individuals engaged in unlawful activity in Alameda County.

Every first Tuesday in August, neighbors and law enforcement unite to build a safer, more welcoming community. Host a block party with music, cookouts, and visits from emergency personnel. Scan the QR code on the flyer to register for the ACSO NNO.

On May 7th, 2026, ACSO’s 185th Academy held a 5K Memorial Run & 2-Mile Walk to honor Detective Elizabeth Butler (Santa Cruz PD). As we observe National Police Week, we remember the bravery of our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy. We will never forget.
