🚨BREAKING: the Court just upheld that only American citizens can vote in Iowa elections. I was glad to lead the fight defending our election integrity laws. This victory guarantees all Iowans that their votes will count & not be canceled out by illegal votes.

It’s simple: boys’ restrooms are for boys & girls’ restrooms are for girls. I filed to intervene in a lawsuit to ensure parents don’t have to worry about grown adults using the wrong restrooms at their children’s schools.

Iowa law is clear: counties & cities must comply with Iowa Code Chapter 27A, which specifically requires law enforcement to comply with ICE detainers or risk loss of state funding. We’ve received the Governor’s complaint against Winneshiek County & have opened an investigation.
