- AG’s Max Parker found me after the team celebration and gave me a big hug. Max- that meant much to this old broadcaster. This kid’s my hero and his 6- count ‘em - 6! blocked shots went a long way to helping AG secure the win today. Gonna miss this kid’s pure love of the game.

- Oh Gym Rat- I needed to read the Omaha World Herald first this morning- as Cale is 1st Team Super State in that publication!!! Joining the likes of Jason Green, Isaac Traudt, Josiah Dotzler and Jayden Dawson. Congrats @calejacobsen_
- Ever wonder what it would have been like to watch Picasso paint a portrait? I got a front row seat to the hoops equivalent to that as Jacobsen was masterful- 13-17 from the field, 3-3 from 3, 14-14 from the line. Broke CJ Cowgill’s record of 41 set in 96.
- Ceremony for Cale Jacobsen achieving 1,000 points. He stands alongside Brian Pike, Tyler Craven and Roger Barber, who are also 1,000 point scorers. Not able to attend was Matt Johnson.
