    #Sooners finish the regular season ranked 26th in the country in Total Defense. That’s a 75 spot jump from 2018. Also finished #1 in the Big 12. Other than a few games where they struggled, this defense improved drastically. Heck of a job by Alex Grinch.

    Oklahoma Tr-FR LT Michael Fasusi (56 - 6’5”/309) looked terrific in his 1st career start vs Mich Sat night playing nothing like a FR -Mental processing -Foot quickness in his sets -Flexibility -Ath to mirror -Bal & anchor -Ind hand usage -Strain & effort 👆All showed up on film

    Didn’t notice it live but on this deep ball that #Sooners CB Woodi Washington had great coverage on running step for step with the WR that fell incomplete… Check who is streaking down the sidelines following the ball and is there to help 5 up… that’d be Brent Venables.

    Look at Big Orlando Brown here. Length and powerful hands allow him to handle Bosa here. Knocks him off balance with his initial punch and then finishes him to the ground. #Sooners

    👀 on #Sooners SR DT Gracen Halton (56 - 6’2”/292) - Look at the ridiculous SPEED, EFFORT & RANGE he displays here hawking down the QB on this reverse pass. Won’t be surprised if he runs the fastest out of the DT pos at the Combine!

    This here from #Sooners True FR LB Jaren Kanak shows more physicality/violence taking on this block then anything I’ve seen from other LBs this yr vs the run Teach tape: Good Pad level, strong punch creating ext w/ease, eyes on the ball, quick shed… then goes & makes tackle!

    The quick off hand strike/placement is terrific here out of former #Sooners C Andrew Raym vs Sweat. Throws off his initial rush. Stays connected thru the club/rip and love the finish off the spin back counter as well. Fantastic rep!
