We're sad to report that a man died in a two-vehicle collision on the A358 near Ilminster today (Sunday 14 June). His family have been informed and our thoughts are with them. The road was reopened at about 5.30pm. Witnesses can call 101 ref 5226163524

The #M5 in #Bristol is closed in both directions near #Avonmouth between J18 and J19 due to a police led incident. @ASPolice are on scene. Delays are building, currently 45mins and 5 miles of congestion on the approach. @BristolAirport Further updates to follow.

Did you witness a collision in Bristol at 11am on Friday 12 June? It happened in Oxford Place and involved a black Mini Cooper. The driver did not stop. A man remains in hospital with life-threatening injuries. Witnesses should call 101 ref 5226161816.

Fire investigation work is ongoing, but we're treating a fire in Glastonbury as deliberate at this stage. Caravans and a nearby wall were damaged in the incident in Beckery New Road at about 8pm yesterday (Sat 13 Jun). Witnesses call 101 ref 5226163150.

Emergency services at the scene of a RTC near Ilminster. The A358 is shut between Southfields Roundabout and Rapps. The junctions with Broadway Street & Cad Road (Ilton) are also closed. We'd please ask motorists avoid the area. The closures will be required for several hours.

*UPDATE* The M32 motorway at junction 3 #Bristol was closed from 12.30pm to 3.30pm Friday 12 June, as emergency services attended to a concern for the safety of an individual. Thankfully the person is now safe and the road has reopened.
