WOW WHY are HS players acting like this is the college transfer portal and announcing they are leaving a program??? Just absolutely amazing to me-sorry-just transfer-as of today I will not report on a transfer when they announce it-

Breaking News: I have confirmed that Pueblo HS has hired Alumnus @CoachSlylewis1 Sly Lewis to be their next head football coach. HC Lewis has been the OC for Sabino HS where he helped lead his team to a state title this season defeating Paradise Honors.

2A Softball: River Valley Champs! River valley wins state title 3-2 over benson and did it undefeated, never giving up more than 2 runs all season and ONLY going past 5 inning 2x in semis and title game.

AZSportsnetwork would like to congratulate the Hayden Lobos and HC Estrada and his staff and his team for winning the 2023 8-Man state championship over the Mogollon Mustangs! This was their 1st title in 51 years going back to 1972! Once again congrats!
