there is a flavor that's common to every protein bar I've ever eaten, and it's starting to come to my awareness that not everyone can taste it. do you know what I'm talking about?

Many have suggested sugar alcohols or other fake sweeteners. I'm pretty intimately familiar with how those taste, and yeah lots of protein bars have them but that's not the one I'm talking about. it's a kind of gritty/chalky flavor that's has hints of texture but isn't actually

willow got some diabetic peanut butter cups that were high protein. they were *fine* but they had the protein bar flavor. she had no idea what I was talking about, they just taste like peanut butter cups to her

this kind of thing annoys me because they think a "big" number makes the argument without any context for how much that really is. this means it would take 150-300 gpt questions to match the water cost of a single almond

moving in together before getting married decreases your chances of actually getting married and that's a good thing the whole point is to make sure living together works. if it doesn't and you don't get married, that's the best outcome
