Cherish life. Spread love. Be Kind. And tell the people in your life that you love them.
My sister believed in my dream of becoming a pro wrestler.
She died on Monday September 3rd, which is the 3rd anniversay of my very first match. Rachel was there for that match.
I will make you proud big sis

I run a mental health non-profit called YouAreLoved (@youarelovedlife) and also a pro wrestler. Our aim is to build systems & structures around mental health for pro wrestlers. We currently have 2 therapist lead support groups for pro wrestlers & are running a free webinar
Dear All Pro Wrestlers,
Being a pro wrestler takes a very heavy emotional/mental toll on us. So, support becomes very important when taking care of our mental well-being. W/ that said @youarelovedlife will be hosting group therapy/support group specifically for pro wrestlers.
