The game of baseball teaches so many life lessons. How to deal with adversity, how to persevere, how to adjust, how to stay level headed, how to work with others, accountability, humility, not to mention a work ethic. All of these things and many more can be learned from a game.

Stop taking D1 or nothing advice from people who have never logged a D1 inning. D1 is great however joining the college baseball fraternity (NAIA, JC, D1,2,3 etc..) is great as well. Find a place you can thrive both on and off the field. #BeUnforgettable

A bad trend I see in baseball is EXCUSES are becoming the new norm. Strike out, it's the umpire fault, miss a grounder the field wasn't dragged, didnt make the team the coach doesn't like you. Adversity is apart of life without rain you don't appreciate sun. #Lifelessons

It’s time for people to recognize Michigan as a hotbed for baseball talent. Consistently place multiple players in P5 schools, HS draft picks, CWS participants at all levels, highly ranked HS programs and not to mention multiple LLWS participants. #BeUnforgettable

If you play ball in a northern state you have my respect. It takes a different type of player to play in ☀️ 70 degree weather one day, then play in 🌨 20 degree weather the next. Keep grinding and have some FUN! #BeUnforgettable

After seven years with PBR Michigan I have decided it is in my best interest to step down as the scouting director. Special thank you to @DHeff11 for welcoming me with open arms from Day 1, much appreciated!

Would you believe me if I told you travel ball isn’t about trophies. If I told you it was about developing young men into productive citizens, teaching life lessons, networking, creating memories, working hard to achieve goals and providing an opportunity to pay for education!

A lot of players get caught up on playing at a Power five conference, a D1 and don’t realize that if you are able to make any college roster you are one of the rare few. Plenty of athletes dreams end after high school. Take a step back and put things into perspective.

I’ve never forgot my “why”. This 17 year old from Detroit, would not be able to afford the cost of exposure. My goal is to provide exposure at an affordable rate. Economics are running certain demographics away from the game. It’s time to level the playing field. #BeUnforgetable

I just want to take the time out to tip the cap to @LetoLuke . One of the top players in the country, committed to @LSUbaseball sweeping the locker room after a rainout. No glitz or glamour just being a member of the team. Love what you guys are doing at @PortageCentral .

In ⚾️ we preach mental toughness. Players from northern states display mental & physical toughness daily. Stuck in a gym half the year, 1/3 of the year playing in winter like temperatures is very difficult. However guys continue to grind, leveling the playing field. #Noexcuse

You can’t tell me Michigan isn’t a baseball state….. @aj_mooney2 & @jebb_mitch both were all stars in the Cape. The best HS team in the country @OLSMBaseball . Both Tommy Henry and @xhunterbrownx made their MLB debuts for the @Dbacks & @astros . Pretty good for a Midwest state.

HS athletes the 4 years of competition goes by extremely fast. Make sure you end your career with no regrets. This is your process don't cheat it. If you are fortunate enough to commit early remember that is the sign to work harder not relax. This is a marathon not a sprint!
