- How to approach the Final Four .... my advice to young coaches! I first put this together a few years ago after attending several Final Fours and gave it a recent refresh ... hopefully there is some wisdom in here! Please read/like/share ... Good luck in San Antonio!

- Truly humbled and honored to be recognized with such an exclusive and elite group. Thank you for noticing the work we do with @RiseCircuit and @UANextBHoops as being impactful. Thank you to @SilverWaveMedia and @RyanSilver1 for the acknowledgment.Replying to @SilverWaveMediaCongratulations to Adam DeMong of UA Rise on being named to the 2024 100 Most Impactful People in Menโs College Basketball list. @AdamDeMong silverwavesmedia.com/2024-100-most-โฆ
- Replying to @AdamDeMongDuring the July evaluation period, zero college coaches asked me โwhat is he ranked?โ ZERO. Rankings matter more to fans than to the coaches. College Coaches want the best players they can get and the number next to their name isnโt the most important thing.
- We just wrapped up another successful season with @RiseCircuit โฆ We played every day of all NCAA Live Periods, played 0 non-live games, we were PACKED with college coaches and finished the season with a phenomenal @underrated Camp.
- โ๏ธ out to the grassroots ๐ season. Thanks to all players/coaches/parents who playing in our gym + college coaches who came to watch. Thanks @3StepSports + @HighMajorSports for letting me do what I do with @UANextBHoops + @RiseCircuit Iโm lucky to work with such a great team.
- Replying to @AdamDeMongRankings are difficult + highly problematic. I attended UAA, EYBL, 3SSB + NBPA Top 100 Camp and watched other circuits on @SynergySST ...I've seen all top players + disagree with most rankings. Bias on early physical maturation leaves late-blooming players unranked.
- Replying to @AdamDeMongCollege coaches are EXPERTS-they know what they are watching. Players donโt need to shoot every time or score a million points for a college coach to want them. Coaches see skill, IQ, details โฆ many traits that donโt show up in box scores.
- I love coaching my sonโs 1st grade team and today Nolan provided an awesome moment. Down by 2 w/ 10 sec to go, he got the def rebound and raced up the floor as everyone called out 5..4..3..2..1 .. and he HIT THE SHOT. It was cool. A real life, game-tying buzzer beater. #proud
- Iโm fortunate to work with a great group at High Major Sports...and also with our crew at @BRSEinc ... humbled and appreciative to be mentionedReplying to @SilverWaveMediaCongrats to High Major Sports Director of Operations Adam DeMong on being named top 100 most influential people in menโs college basketball in 2020 - @AdamDeMong silverwavesmedia.com/news_article/sโฆ
- After the dust settled in Kansas City ... and I returned from the peak of exhaustion ... I can't help but look back and think that the @UAassociation and @uarisecircuit event at HyVee Arena was a MAJOR success.
