    Gov Cuomo resigned because his party wasn't tolerating his conduct. Biden and national Dems called on him to resign. NY State Dems were about to impeach him. The reason Republicans don’t resign for similar or worse allegations is because their party tolerates it. Simple as that.

    So, the Biden Admin said they would not enforce the ban—the enforcement mechanism is a massive fine. TikTok did not have to shut off its services. It appears they voluntarily went dark to maximize the drama of Trump’s incoming 90-day extension EO. It’s a political gift to him.
