Lifted trucks have their bumpers at the same height as the vulnerable areas of most cars. There’s no reason to allow them on the same roads.

I’m glad someone caught the @VW ID.4 system crashing. Mine is only 40 days old, and this has happened 5 or 6 times with the same weird sounds. Sometimes it restarts quickly, but one time it took half an hour. Very distracting, and a safety concern if you ask me.

This small detail seems important: β€œPutin was proposing to freeze the conflict at the current lines and was unwilling to cede any of the Ukrainian territory controlled by Russia”

The BMW iX3 seems to have one of the smoothest one pedal braking out there. Even on a 20% grade 😳 β€œan uncanny absence of jerks or creaks” β€œstops so smoothly and cleanly that if you close your eyes, you can’t tell when it’s stopped rolling.”

Interesting look at the BMW iX3 battery pack. 4695 cells in a structural pack design. An important part: β€œEach battery cell is equipped with dual liquid cooling.” Also looks like BMW’s 4695 cells edge out Tesla’s 4680s on both gravimetric and volumetric energy density.
