Cheats can be automated to be started with your PC in the background, and they do also do not necessarily appear in your task manager. For instance, there are/have been cheats integrated into OpenTabletDriver, or were automatically injected when booting Discord.

would like to see some discussion about this There is currently a game-breaking exploit in osu! which essentially allows you to increase the Approach Rate of Any low AR map (including below AR0), removing all of the density from the map. This is possible on stable And lazer.
