Thrilled to see FIG among the Most Popular Short Films on @Kanopy—one of my proudest writing projects from my USC MFA days, directed by the one and only Ryan Coogler. First on HBO, it found a final home on Kanopy. If you haven’t seen it, check it out. Still means the world to me.

Screenwriters, how do you handle the names of minor characters? Do you give them actual names, use a generic title that you serialize (e.g. cop 1, cop 2) or perhaps apply something more descriptive (e.g. grumpy landlord, peppy coworker)?#Screenwriting #WritingCommunity #Writing✍️
