- Well folks, my first day in Parliament! Meeting lots of people, getting settled and looking forward to the hard work ahead I will be fighting every day for our communities across the constituency. Thanks to the brilliant parliamentary staff for helping my first day go smoothly

It is a poorly crafted piece of legislation being rushed through and as such is potentially very harmful. 00:00 - Agree. My name is also on the amendment and I too am confident in our leader. He inherited a country on its knees economically, broken public services and an uncertain global situation, and is handling it. This is one policy point in one bill we want reconsidering. That's all.This helps absolutely no one. My name is on the amendment and like others I am confident in our leader. He’s doing a good job cleaning up the Tory mess. It’s one policy that needs fixing and it sounds like our reasonable concerns are being listened to.
- In year 7 at Calder High School Mrs. Gardner was one of my most fun teachers. I don’t think either of us imagined that years later we’d both be part of a new intake of fantastic Labour MPs @AllisonCGardner
- Proud to have hosted @Keir_Starmer today in Longton visiting Duchess China with Keith Brymer Jones. We discussed the opportunity that apprenticeships provide and the importance of creativity in schools. An inspiring day.
