TESLA AFTER A SPACEX IPO Many analysts assume a static pie — i.e. a scarcity mindset. They think a SpaceX IPO hurts Tesla longterm by splitting Elon’s (and investors’) attention. They somehow forgot that Elon Musk built both Tesla & SpaceX simultaneously to trillion-plus

I have retained counsel to appear in the Delaware Court of Chancery to challenge the plaintiff’s fee request in Tornetta v Musk et al. I voted for the CEO Performance award in 2018, and voted for the ratification now. While I’m active in the case, I’ll refrain from commenting

TESLA INVESTORS: Don’t be an idiot. Vote in your OWN ECONOMIC SELF INTEREST. Your investment doubles for Elon Musk to get paid any shares at all. TSLA would be at $2326 a share for Elon Musk to be paid the top tranche. How much money would you have then? Do the math.

Then pay the man! How engaged would you be in your job with no current comp package? I have done multiple posts on this—the last milestone of Elon Musk’s 2018 comp package was met in 2022. It is 2024. Elon Musk isn’t Tesla’s indentured servant. There is no current incentive
