I am certain that #healthcareworkers look at this picture of #lalapalooza with utter shock, extreme frustration, exhaustion. We are in a #COVID19 pandemic folks. Lots of letters left in Greek alphabet. #DeltaVariant is laughing at us. 🦠 Music worth dying for??? 🤷🏻‍♀️ #MaskUp

As a physician, would just ask that you give grace. The first patient may have had a new devastating diagnosis (leukemia, brain tumor) or was suicidal. The physician may have miscarried on the way to work, gotten a call that their own parent was in the ED, or needed to find last

Company B should really look at their vision, mission and values if they claim to be in the healthcare space. Something is clearly not aligned! I am confident he will find a better landing place! 🙏🏻

As physicians, we usually allow this day to pass without fanfare. But this year, #NationalDoctorsDay, March 30, 2020, has new meaning. Sending ❤️ and 🙏🏻 to my trainees @MayoMN_IMRES, my colleagues @MayoClinic, and physician friends throughout the 🌎. #HeroesOfCovid19

Would love to talk to said preceptor.I strongly disagree. Women CAN be chairs (🙋🏻‍♀️), have family (🙋🏻‍♀️3 kids), be happily married (🙋🏻‍♀️), involved in society leadership (🙋🏻‍♀️), and have time to run, read, attend kid events, be balanced (🙋🏻‍♀️), and do it well. #SheLeadsHealthcare

What in the 🌎?!? While women may have lost recent rights, we have not lost our titles! “Doctor” and “woman” can (and are!) compatible. She needs an upgrade! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 @arghavan_salles @ShikhaJainMD @FutureDocs @JulieSilverMD

Had patient call me “Amy” 7x in visit, despite introducing as “Dr. Oxentenko.” I would normally correct. But I felt tired. Said nothing. Then felt worse later for my silence, as it will continue. Can we remove first names on IDs? We 👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏾‍⚕️👩🏼‍⚕️need help! 🙏🏻 #CallMeDoctor

Best advice for new #interns from a #ProgramDirector: 1) Being nervous July 1 is normal. 😬 2) Trust your med school training. 🏥 3) Never hesitate to call for help.📞 4) Positive attitude will go far. 😊 5) Develop rapport with nurses/allied staff.👥 @MayoMN_IMRES

Best. Response. Ever. 🙌🏻 “Can you repeat that? I want to write that down.” How to reply when asked the inappropriate question. Applies to so many scenarios. #AimeeLoweJD #SheLeadsHealthcare #NeedHerScience #BeEthical
