- At around 2:30 pm, JBA went on lockdown after armed individual was reported near base housing. There is NO active shooter; NO shots have been fired. No injuries or deaths reported. Incident is ongoing.
- The incident is ongoing at the Malcolm Grow Medical Facility. First responders are on-scene now. All personnel continue to shelter in place
- "All Clear." The lock down on base has been lifted
- The base was scheduled to conduct an active shooter exercise, however, reports of a real-world active shooter situation were reported.

- Service members from JBA and the Joint Service Arrival Team participated in the arrival ceremony for former President George H.W. Bush, Dec. 3. His casket is lying in state at the @uscapitol and he will be memorialized Dec. 5 at the @WNCathedral.
