I am so proud of the campaign we ran here in NW Hampshire. Thank you to everyone who voted for me, I am humbled! I would have loved being our MP helping to deliver change for us but we now know with one more push we can win here, and that is an encouragement in itself.

I do lots of work with older people, here is a little tip: if you work with people who are now 70, they were 18 in 1970 not 1940. They listened to The Beatles, The Jackson 5 & Diana Ross. They wore flares and bright clothes. They were *not* in the war nor listened to Vera Lynn.

Cost to the taxpayer for Keir Starmer’s use of a box at Arsenal: Β£0. Cost to the taxpayer of Rishi Sunak using a private helicopter to get around: Β£40,000,000 Amazing what the right wing media decide to try and get people angry about.

No it wasn’t. She was invited into the DJ booth and if she had paid to do that it would be Β£836 so she declared that to be above board. This is getting ridiculous now.

He could have laid a wreath in Clacton, in the constituency where he was elected, like the majority of MPs did today, but even on Remembrance Sunday he manages to make it all about himself. He knows nothing of true sacrifice and honour.
🚨@Nigel_Farage claims he was BANNED from laying a wreath on behalf of Reform UK at the Cenotaph today. Parliamentary rules state you need to have at least 6 MPs in order to lay a wreath but other parties, such as the DUP (5 MPs) were included in the ceremony. Many see this

I relent and accept that it is a little toasty today in this.

Councillors DO NOT have the authority to fire Council staff or set Terms of Employment. Reform Councils are going to be a shit show. Councillors set strategy, finance and policy. Staffing decisions are made by the CEO, Heads of Departments and HR over which Cllr’s have no say.
.@Nigel_Farage says any Durham County Council staff working on diversity or climate change initiatives, or think 'they can go on working from home', should be 'seeking alternative careers' It is one of seven county councils now under Reform's control itv.com/news/2025-05-0…

It was worth Β£200. The reality is that the pension went up Β£900 in April and energy bills are lower than they were last year. The scaremongering done by the opposition and the media is the main driver of this, if true.

Let’s also get some perspective on Reform’s Councillor numbers as a whole. They are segment 1 (behind the Greens)…
