o3 is 3 months old, they were the first company to implement tool use in the CoT, of course xAI made a "slightly" better model 3 months later copying the exact same technique
Grok-4 Heavy is just o3-pro
People don't get that companies catch up because
Anthropic has:

- The best image gen model ❌
- The best model for math ❌
- The best voice mode ❌
- The best chatbot UX ❌
- A reliable API ❌
- Great rate limits ❌
- Expensive models ✅
