    18 years in the Coaching Game and it still amazes me that kids who haven't practice all week or who haven't finished a workout still expects to compete at the meet for the week. Athlete: Coach what am I running? Me: I haven't seen you all week 🤦🏾‍♂️

    The Houston Area won the following 6A Boys Track and Field Events: 3200 4X1 800 110 100 400 300IH 200 4X4 LJ 10 out of the 17 events Every event on the track except the 1600m and 4X2 Great Job H Town Coaches and Athletes 6A/5A/4A Boys Team Champions
