    The State Minister of Karamoja Affairs Hon. Agnes Nandutu has been remanded to Luzira Prison until 3/05/2023 on charges of Dealing with Suspect Property following the diversion of Iron sheets meant for the Karachunas in Karamoja Subregion. She is the 3rd Minister to be charged

    Buganda Road Court has issued a warrant of arrest for Pastor Mondo Mugisha who is on the run. He is battling 53 counts related to obtaining money by false pretence and conspiracy to commit a felony. The accused allegedly conned pastors and private school directors over UGX 4bn.

    MIDDLE EAST CONSULTANTS BOSSES CONVICTED! Benon Kunywana & Godfrey Kyalimpa both managers at Middle East Consultants, a labour export company have been convicted for promoting human trafficking & forgery. The duo was arrested in 2019 for various human trafficking related cases.

    95 year old Kyomulabi Maimuna, was forcefully evicted from her land in Buwambo, Wakiso. She was found living under a tree when the matter was brought to the attention of the unit. Investigations have commenced and the case will be followed to conclusion.
