The actual owner of the house we were about to purchase was tied up in a carpet, dead in the basement, and his tenant/killer was pretending to be him and selling us the house. This was back in 2005-2006 in NJ.

$17,500 savings ordering living room furniture direct from China. Living room set for my personal house from Restoration Hardware for 5 pieces, would have been $21k+ with tax Cost from China = $3500 including tariffs and shipping for custom made exact replica. 👇
