    Under which sections of IPC have they been charged? Beyond drinking and driving, this also a clear case of criminal intimidation. Section 503, read with section 506 of IPC, provides for imprisonment of upto 7 year. Have these sections been invoked to ensure max punishment?

    A friend is on board this very train. As of 9.36am her #train is yet to reach Pathankot. #Railways however claims the train arrived at 8.25am with 'no delay'!! Logic being - If @indianrailway__ @RailMinIndia can't perform - they'll simply lie about it and hope you buy it!!

    AGR Case Judgment by SC - Justice Arun Mishra's last working day is Sep 2 (Wed). He is yet to pronoucne the verdict. This leaves him 2 days - Sep 1 and Sep 2 - for giving judgement. Confirmation to come today evening. Will update here on when to expect AGR. @CNBCTV18Live
